A unique opportunity to become one of the first few memebers of a brand new admin team responsible for daily duties at one of NI's fastest-growing companies.

The new team members will be working in tandem to make a significant positive impact on the growth and development of the company. Taking ownership and responsibility of each task, you should be able to multi-task while working proactively, efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve business goals. The successful candidates should have a positive 'can-do' attitude with meticulous attention to detail, be hard-working, ambitious, passionate and continuously strive for excellence and success in everything that they do.

As the first point of contact for customers, responsibilities span across a range of activities to ensure smooth daily operations and continued growth, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service via online channels
  • Researching new products and creating new product listings
  • Communicating via email, telephone and meetings
  • Contacting and opening accounts with new suppliers
  • Creating digital marketing content and managing social media accounts
  • Data entry & other administratative duties to meet the changing needs of the business

Essential requirements include:

  • High proficiency in using computers and internet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent, precise attention to detail
  • Being proactive and using own initiative
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent reliability and punctuality

: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £18,500 per annum

Benefits: 28 days paid holiday per year, staff discount, free parking, pension contributions after 3 months

12 month probationary period applies
