We are seeking enthusiastic personnel with the right skill sets to onboard into Project Coordinator & Project Manager roles in our Project Services Department as open positions arise due to ongoing company growth and personnel progression.
The principle function of this department is the day-to-day management of all our customers.
You will work as part of a global Project team (under the direction of an overall Project Leader) to gain an understanding of the specific operational requirements of each Customer study you are assigned to and to incorporate that Customer knowledge into the relevant internal Almac activities.
You will ensure successful completion of all tasks associated with the set-up, ongoing maintenance and close-out of either Production or Distribution activities linked to the timely delivery of clinical trial supplies to patients.
These roles requires the ability to plan, co-ordinate and execute many interdependent tasks effectively, making use of available resources and working with other departments to meet agreed Customer timelines. Tasks include the preparation of high quality, instructional documentation to facilitate Production or Distribution activities.

- Bachelor's Degree (or equivelent level qualification)
